Jasmin
Ingredients
45ml Himbrimi Winterbird
22,5ml Campari
10ml orange liqueur
15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Directions
Add Himbrimi Winterbird, Campari, orange liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with an orange flower.

This Californian cocktail was created by Paul Harrington who was asked by his friend, Matt Jasmin, to make him something completely new.
