Ingredients

45ml Himbrimi Winterbird


22,5ml Campari


10ml orange liqueur


15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Directions

​Add Himbrimi Winterbird, Campari, orange liqueur and lemon juice into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled.


Strain into a chilled coupe glass.


Garnish with an orange flower.

Notes

This Californian cocktail was created by Paul Harrington who was asked by his friend, Matt Jasmin, to make him something completely new.
